I ordered a twist in of 3 separate selections of brownie, , and it was more like one serving. I used to order that same thing from Chapel Hill and it was wonderful every time I ordered. First experience with Durham store very disappointing, I won't be ordering my fave item again from this location.

I never go wrong here, BUT, I am wondering what size the 'Create your own Creation' actually comes in. I received what looked like a small/med cup with my order packed in there. Either way, it was pretty good.

The shakes let us down. Lot of money for a small shake, and mixins we're not done properly. Will stick to regular ice cream from cold stone.

I ordered the REESES peanut butter ice cream. I was under the impression it would be similar to the Breyers brand Reeses peanut butter. But no. Its chocolate ice cream (I don't like chocolate ice cream) with peanut butter pieces and crushes reeses.

AWFUL.
The way the order arrived should be enough indication of the lack of care from EVERYONE responsible for this order. Also the ice cream tasted sour and the cone tasted stale. I couldn't eat it and only got a refund of $20 out of the $31 spent. AWFUL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE DOESNT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. Do better Coldstone AND DoorDash. Awful.
