• 8/23/24The order I made was pretty darn good. The Cookies and Cream ice cream had a good creamy constancy, the cookie pieces were thick but still nicely soft in texture and there were more than a few sizable pieces. The Strawberries I order with the Create Your Own Creation were full half berry pieces, and ther texture was enjoyably soft on the outside the center was a little -and just a little - on the frozen side, but really, it's ice cream, the berries are going to be at least a little frozen when they sit with the order while being delivered. All in all, I'd definitely continue to order from them, as this is still as good as I remember it from 3, 5 even 9 years before. Good job guys, keep it up.

• 1/3/24This Cold Stone is not as good as my normal one. Not sure how I ended up getting my order from this one. There was no cookie dough in my Cake Batter Batter Batter™. Hardly any cookies in my Cookies Make Everything Batter™. Neither container was filled up which was a waste of money. For just over $50 I expected way more than I got. Totally disappointed in this order. My driver was great though.

• 12/17/21Thinking the "Gotta Have it" sized ice cream would contain more than the pint sized version (since it's more expensive) we ordered 4 "Gotta Have it" ice creams, which came to $86 after the tip. Turns out they are smaller in size than a pint, at only 12 ounces each. Learn from our mistake - we won't be back.
