Colie's is simply the best.
Go ahead and order extra because you think you're going to spread out how you eat your goodies, but everything is so dang good that it's gone by the next morning 😋
The Eclairs & Bavarian Cream Puff & Almond Croissant & Peach Hand Pie are all absolutely delicious.
I was a little surprised because the filling inside the hand pie was more like smashed peaches than cut up ones like we always fixed for filling. Shocker: I loved it just as much! The peach kept some "toothiness" to it because of it's texture,
yet spread to every nook & cranny so you get peach in each bite, too. 60 seconds in the microwave heated it up perfectly for breakfast.
(I would love to taste a Colie's version of the beloved chocolate fried pies from Dairy King in Nashville.)

Colie's NEVER disappoints!
I just discovered the Almond Croissant & it is too delicious. Get you one of those and fix a cup of coffee... it's heaven!
Of course, you'll have to have a bite or two of the Sticky Bun for a mid-morning boost and grab a Bavarian Cream Puff and an Eclair for later on, too.
You cannot go wrong at Colie's. Everything from this wonderful bakery is perfection 🍪🎂🍰🧁🥧🍫🍮

The Fudge Brownie were delicious! This was my first time trying the Ciabatta Bread, and it was so yummy! Also the Bavarian Cream Puff were so yummy and filled perfectly. Oatmeal Cream Pies was good and not excessively sweet. 10/10!!
