This was the first time I tried this establishment and wow I was impressed!
Not only were the egg rolls hot and crispy but the pork belly Banh Mi Was also hot and delicious and the bun was perfectly toasted. The price was really great as well so I will be ordering from here again!

I think I'm going to try everything on the menu at this place as so far everything I've ordered has been fantastic!
This go around I got
the Dark Chicken / Banh Canh Ga Thit Den
This is a thick udon noodle soup with dark chicken. It's got Chicken broth, green, onion, shallot, Cilantro and Vietnamese coriander leaf. Just for fun. I got the special Banh Can topping for an extra $2 which has crunchy mung bean sprouts, additional herbs and jalapenos.
This soup is like a cozy hug on a frigid day when you're feeling a little blue.
The udon noodles have an incredible light and airy texture and I appreciate how everything is in separate containers so you can put together as much or as little as you like.
I always get the egg rolls as they are super crispy and have a nice mouth feel.

The congee is fantastic. Congee has always been my comfort food, for years I had to make it at home because there'er no restaurants that sell it near me,and it takes a lot of time to cook.The congee from this restaurant is incredible,clean flavors, juicy meat and good but moderate seasoning. Perfect meal for a sick day or just chilly winter nights.

The A1. Egg Rolls / Chả Giò (4) were very tasty. However, I felt the dipping sauce had just a little too much fish sauce that wasn't balanced, but not enough to make it taste bad.The E8. Noodles (Bowl w/broth) was really good.
