The side of fruit looks like it was eaten from. In small styrofoam container only enough diced green apples to cover the base of the container and apples and what is there is brown and soft. Very gross!

I love the Mac & Cheese but I have a small complaint. When you're running low on an item it would be nice if you could either 1) inform the customer and give them the opportunity to change their order or 2) just charge them half price since what I received barely covered the bottom of the container. Just a thought and this is the 2nd time this has happened.

Didn't get my utensils or condiments and the sandwhich (while good) was a disappointing sliver on what I don't even consider half of a sandwich. The bread was 1/3 of any normal half loaf of bread from the store, certaintly not worth the price.

Bread on chicken pesto sandwhicwas different - very thick, dry and crumbly. BBLT was very dry, barely any mayo on it (one side only and very little on that side).
Overall super disappointing.
