Cotton patch never fails. Their food is always superb. Their packaging is absolutely correct. And their food just is taste. Good spot on.

This is the third time I've ordered Steak Fingers from cotton patch. This time the cook changed the breading to be thick. The other two orders I had were very lightly breaded. I didn't like the thick breading as much. The Baked Potato was hot and good. The steak portion size was very generous.

Seen the Cotton Patch in Waco and went full comfort-food mode. I ordered the chicken and dumplings with green beans, rice, rolls, and okra—classic Southern staples done right.
The green beans were the star of the plate—packed with flavor and clearly seasoned with intention, not as an afterthought. Absolutely delicious. The okra was crispy and comforting, the rolls were warm and hit the spot, and the rice was simple and solid.
The chicken and dumplings were good and hearty, but I did wish they had a bit more flavor on their own. A little salt brought them right where I wanted them, and once adjusted, they were still very enjoyable.
Overall, it was a comforting, satisfying meal with generous portions and that down-home feel Cotton Patch is known for. I’d definitely come back—especially for those green beans.

This was the worst order I've had from cotton patch. The Wrangler Steak was way overcooked, almost too hard to cut. The veggie were ok the Classic Cheeseburger bun fell apart and the fries were soggy and cold. Plus the door dash driver had to wait along time for our food to be ready. Not good at all.

I wasn'texpecting gourmet food, but it was just poorly done in general.I got the bbq Chopped Brisket Sandwich with okra. The sandwich wasn't wrapped, so when it got to me it was disassembled and I had to scrape up the meat to put it back together. There were no onions on it (though listed on ingredients list) and it had about 10 pickle slices. The Okra portion was about a handful, and didn't even reach the top of the side dish cup on the to-go plate. Mama's Special Butter Cake portion was a bit small for $6.99 as well. This is the first time I can remember being disappointed by Cotton Patch, so I do plan on ordering from them again, but for something else on the menu.
