There wasn't much pico de Gallo in the salad. These things must be a ploy to make money from food deliveries. It's sad. I was expecting it to be much better. Half of the container was tripe. and I know the recipe was authentic because on top in the center is an entire hoof and ankle joint. I love cartilagenous meats, and this was perfect.
