Got the chicken katsu sando and was pleasantly surprised. Given the lack of sando options in Charlotte, this satisfied the craving. It was a little bit on the bland side so added some Japanese bbq sauce I had, and that did the trick - I would ask to add extra sauce next time. It was neatly and carefully packaged. Have to try the shrimp one next time!

Dish included vegetables(potato, mushroom, carrots) that wasn't listed on the description and chicken was poor quality, even after I paid for chicken breast. More like battered chicken than breaded.
I've had this dish before in the restaurant and it was much better than this version.
