I had a great experience ordering the 6-pack of Crumbl Cookies! The cookies arrived looking absolutely perfect—they were packaged so well and each one was neatly placed, fresh, and looked just as amazing as they do in the store. The presentation was impressive, and nothing was out of place.
On top of that, my delivery driver was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. They made sure my order arrived safely and were so pleasant throughout the delivery. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely order again!

IT WAS AMAZING especially the summer Berry tart cookie tast like a yougert that fruity and the cookie was so soft and that's what I love about crumble how soft the cookie was and how it looks delicious.

The gooey butter cake Single tasted great but wasn't a looker. Not sure if it was the driver or the preparer but im glad it tasted better than it looks. The cake was moist and dense. Great flavor and the whipped cream had a great taste.

I was really disappointed with the Celebration Cake cookie from Crumbl. It was so hard it honestly felt like I was biting into a rock. Cookies are supposed to be soft and fresh, but this one was dry, stiff, and almost painful to eat. It tasted like it had been left in the oven way too long. I could barely enjoy it because I was too busy trying not to break a tooth. Definitely not what I expected, especially from a place that’s known for soft cookies. Hopefully this was just a bad batch, but it was very disappointing. Also they didn't even put the sticker to close it!

Didn't realize how big the portions are until I got it ,lol but the ice ream and the cookies are soft and amazing .highly recommend
