I love these cookies for dessert. I usually order a 4 pack but sometimes prefer the 6 pack for more variety. This location always has great presentation and always taste fresh! I can't get enough

I have always had a positive experience with crumbl cookies until now The peanut butter cookies and cream cookie legit tasted like burnt dirt 0/10 the sea salt toffee cookie the first bite I took was pure salt the second bite I came to find out the entire rest of the cookie is completely raw and also tasted like pure buttery salt. The lucky charms cookies was super good tho. Another thing that really bothered me was that the cookies are normally the size of my hand hugeee cookies these were litterly half the size of my hand at best. Not sure what went on with quality control at this location but I'm really dissatisfied when I'm paying this much for cookies

Horrible packing. Had three Biscoff pies and they were a hot mess. Cream had gotten onto cookies and top of lid. They slid all over the box. Nothing to keep them in place. Box seemed too big for items.

This is the second time my order has been messed up this time I did not even receive the cookies I chose and when I got them they were all broken in pieces and hard as a rock!
