I was really looking forward to my Crumbl order, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality this time. The cookies were poorly done—either underbaked or unevenly cooked, which affected both the texture and flavor. Crumbl usually does a great job, so this experience was unexpected and frustrating, especially considering the price. I hope this was just a one-time issue, but it definitely left me dissatisfied. I’d appreciate more consistency in the future.

Its ight cookie plug is better tbh, Id give it to them with that pop tart one tho it's the best on the menu right now!
