I'm always pleased with Crumbl, however, this order missed the mark. Something tastes really off about it. Like stale badder and questionable food keeping practices. The pink foraged cookie is particularly bad. I understand those are made in advance. One of the Oreo cookies tastes off too. I was so excited about this order.

These cookies were absolutely inedible...rock hard and for the most part flavorless--not even close to the crumble cookie that I know and love!!

2 of the 4 cookies we purchased were hard as rocks. Very disappointing. $20 for 4 and 2 are bad. That's ridiculous.
