The pork is cooked perfectly. it's moist and seasoned to perfection. the maduros are caramelized on the outside and nice and soft in the middle. the yucca fries are amazing with the green sauce that was included.

The Pastelillos Pollo "Chicken" was incredible, as was the beef one. Superbly cooked, great texture. The #11 Pan Con Lechon (Pernil) "Pork" was excellent, one of the best hot sandwiches I've ever had. Juicy, but not soaked, exactly as ordered. Will be ordering here regularly from now on. Great stuff!

The Congri (Cuban Rice) and #7 Sandwich Cubano were both beyond awesome! It really was plenty of food for two people! This restaurant is definitely becoming part of my regular rotation!

#4 Pernil "Pork" was overly salty restaurants don't over salt allowing customers to choose their salt level.#5 Pollo Asado "Roasted Chicken" was delicious close to, too much salt but luckily still good.#8 Sandwich Cubano the extra salted pernil took away from the flavor.Pastelillos Carne "Beef" Got crushed from the bagging but still good. We were only given 1 spoon and 1 fork for 2 dinners which was weird. Each dinner should have came with a fork.
I really didn't want to say anything since I do want this establishment to be a success. But I will go back for Pastelillos Carne "Beef" since they were the best out of all and the rice was awesome as well.

The Whole Chicken Pollo Asado chicken was flavorless, like it had zero seasoning. The Pan Con Bistec "Steak Sandwich" had barely any meat in it. The #7 Sandwich Cubano was just ok. The #1 Ropa Vieja "Shredded Beef"was really good and I highly recommend it.
