"The ramen was not packaged well at all. All of the liquid was at the bottom of the bag because the paper bowl that was used had gotten soaked through. The noodles in the ramen were all congealed together.
The turkey wrap was nothing special - you could get the same sandwich in any gas station for half the price.
The food we received was very disappointing and certainly not worth the cost."

The bao was also hard to bite through in spots, and it was unevenly cooked. Reminds me of microwaveable frozen food from a grocery store. Portions were extremely small and not as generously sized as the promotional pictures made it seem. Family was still hungry after eating. Won't be ordering again."

"The Taco Salad had the chips on the bottom of the salad and had way too much seasoning. The chips are supposed to be crisp so you can use them to scoop up the salad. I have been getting this Taco Salad since 2019 when I 1st moved here and since the pandemic the salad has decreased in size, has been sloppy, and each 1 I ordered in the past 3 years always has at least 2 or more problems but never the same problems each time. Prepandemic it filled the to go box completely. Now they range from 1/2 to 3/4 full. The chips used to be some on top and some on the bottom. However, again in the past 3 years there's either a large amount of chips on the bottom meaning 3/4 to all of the chips being soggy. The amount of jalapeño are very few to tons. Tonight the jalapeño was perfect but the seasoning was extreme. The fried mushrooms and Jojoba was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The chicken tenders was a little tough and was a little bit smaller than normally."

The picture showed it loaded with fresh broccoli and there was not even 1 piece of broccoli in the dish. I weighed the chicken and it barely came to 1oz. and there was no hot honey in any of it.
