The wings were great as always. However, the bowls were not. Our chicken was a bit tough and even though we ordered two different sauce levels they came looking exactly the same. Plus we both ordered lime sauce which was absent. Both of them lacked any bulgogi. Also, one was supposed to have been sloppy and neither were. Rough night at the Cupbop I guess.

why even put sauce when you're only gonna put a tiny bit? everytime I ordr, I swear it gets drier and drier. also, one single piece of broccoli in my veggie bop and the rest carrots is criminal.

I normally never have problems with my orders but I asked for veggies and was barely given any. Only like 6 small carrots and double the noodles to compensate...

Hardly any sauce in the bowl. Not even enough to cover the meat on top.
