the food was amazing as always, having the combo bop with the veggies and a meat like the BBQ chicken is a new favorite of mine. me and my Dad usually split one, I order one for lunch at work and eat half, and I'd save the other half for him. intentionally ordered extra noodles and chicken so Dad can have a surprise full bowl for him to take in the morning 🌅 everyone wins

I ordered Cupbop through DoorDash and was severely disappointed with what I received. I’ve ordered from this location before and have never had this issue, which makes this even more frustrating.
Both bowls only came with three small pieces of chicken and two mandoo each, and everything was noticeably burnt. I also ordered a K-Dawg, which arrived burnt and missing some of the toppings.
For the price, this was really unacceptable. I’m hoping this was just an off night, but the quality and portion size were far below what I’ve experienced here before.

We ordered two combo bowls and a Mandoo Plus. The sauce was much hotter than expected. #3 burned my tongue and lips. The amount of meat was less than you'd get on a quarter-pound burger you'd get for less than third the price. The veggies portion was very small, too. Basically, it was $14 for a bowl of rice and hot sauce.
We also ordered the Mandoo Plus, which was supposed to contain five potstickers. It contained three. We paid extra for nothing. Also, the outside was about as tasty as cardboard.
We chose this an an alternative to our usual Chipotle and were very disappointed. We will not be ordering from this place again.

It tasted good but I literally got 3 pieces of chicken. That's ridiculous. If I had been in the store I would have said something or asked for more but of course when you doordash they skimp because they know you can't say anything or complain until after the damage is already done. For a $15 bowl that's absolutely ridiculous. Rice, cabbage and noodles are so cheap. Also they never put enough sauce so keep that in mind. You'll be eating half of it dry. But like I said I still love this place and love all the flavors and their noodles are so good so I still liked it, I was just disappointed in the protein portion.

Normally I love this place. Today was one time that let me down. There was hardly any sauce. There was little to no veggies and a ton of rice. With little to no sauce and so much rice it was very dry. They were also out of K-dogs. Really hoping this was a one off.
