I love this place! Presentation always looks amazing and its a good portion size, I can usually eat half and save the rest for later (and it still tastes amazing). I've tried almost every bop now and the K Dawg is a great little addition to any bop! 10/10 I eat here way too much

The glass noodles were bland and the chicken didn't have much flavor, but it's a lot of food for the price.

it looks like the Ramen noodles have changed to a different product. it wasn't a good change, instead of the bouncy noodles I expected, the noodles were undercooked/mushy, floury/pasty taste, stringy mess. wasn't able to eat them. purchased extra noodles (because I usually love the noodles) but today's order is a total waste of both food & money.

Y'all forgot all the rice in the bowl.
I worked there before and I know the bowl order.
twas lacking alot.
this was basically a sauce soup with noodles and hardly any cabbage.
I gotta cook my own rice here to eat whatI purchased.
Great restaurant normally but this time it felt like a waste of money.
Hope y'all do better in the future cause I want to keep eating there.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from Cupbop. The previous orders were good & that's why I decided to order from them again but this time it wasn't. I ordered 15mins before they closed so I somehow understand their part but I'd rather them not accept my order than get something that is disappointing. I think I barely got a scoop of rice and all of it was noodles. Takoyaki lacked sauce so it didn't have much flavor. I also always ask for utensils and not once did they ever put any in my bag. Delicious food but service needs more improvement.
