Everything was perfect! All of our cups were correctly prepared, full to the top of the cup and they even accommodated my request to write each persons name on their cup (along with cute hearts and smiley faces). Great service and it was ready super fast.

Food they make is amazing, as always! The cheesecake is super tiny but that's not on cup bop, they're Cheesecake Factory slices but they're like 1/3 the size of the slice you get from the actual Cheesecake Factory. I really wish you could order the little ice cream fish for delivery but I understand why I cant and appreciate them not sending me half melted fishies lol

A flavorless bowl these days, sadly the quality has gone downhill. The rice was mushy and overcooked, the tofu was undercooked, the veggies were all stems and not enough sauce. Ordered Doochi Bop (Vegetarian) and Ugly Pop Bop was supposed to have extra meat but it seemed smaller than even the normal portion. Used to be our fav, so this is a sad day.

We ordered VeggieBop with extra rice, sauce level 1. As well as NoodleBop with sauce level 1. There was minimal rice in both. If we hadn't seen the little bit of sauce on the lid we would think they forgot the sauce completely, both meals were very dry.

normally I really like this place and I've never had any issues but my order today had pretty much no sauce on any of it. the a cup was maybe half full and I feel like I only got about half of what I paid for.
