A pielle is made from fresh dough, covered with ricotta cheese instead of pizza sauce. We bake it with provolone cheese and toppings of your choice. It's cut into strips and served with a side of red sauce for dipping.
Our calzone is a folded over pocket of fresh dough, filled with red sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice. Ricotta cheese is available upon request. Served with a side of red sauce.
