Tried for the first time and was a mixed experience. Overall, I would rate as 3.5 out of 5:
- Mini tonkatsu ramen that came with dinners: 4/5 (excellent broth and decent noodles)
- Grilled Eel Rice Box: 4/5 (good amount of grilled eel pieces over rice and wasn't overly sweet; accompanied by decent chicken karaage and some veggies)
- Crispy Cutlet Box (Chicken or Pork): 2.5/5 (pork katsu was way overcooked and batter nearly burnt - almost inedible)
It was packaged well and came with excellent kewpie mayo and katsu sauce packets.

Neither chicken and katsu arrived anywhere near crispy. The chicken is over done and the pork is also on the dry side. Mini ramen has thin noodles with very little depth of flavor. Curry has decent flavor but it's just the sauce made from instant cubes and no veggies. Bento comes with cooked veggies with a bland sauce and decent amount of rice.
