They so so so nice & always greet you. Food is amazing, desserts are def worth it. Go ahead and cancel the other order and get you a fresh sandwich. Also they don't skimp on portions. Big back alert! Let's go

I have been here plenty of times, but I have never had quality this bad before. I took a picture just to remind myself not to ever do this again, and then had the nerve to email me and ask for a review. The whole staff was rude as soon as I walked in. I got my sandwich and left and came back to this disaster. Sandwich had barely any flavor and was halfway cooked. The cookie was basically destroyed and left into what you see in the picture. I want my money back

The grilled cheese with bacon was beyond burnt and the Caramel Dream 16 oz barely had coffee in it. Tasted like ice and water.

The sandwich wasn't even fully wrapped, and also missing a cookie, but still paying for it. Even though they tell you multiple times, everything is in the bag. This is not the first time.

You might as well just ask to get it toasted because it's gonna come dry as a board. I've never been this disappointed with a sandwich from here.
