the food was great as usual. however it was all shoved into one bag that was not able to be closed so all the heat left the bag and the food was cold. we also ordered salads which were delicious but they didn't send us any forks. which if we were at home would be no problem but we are at work.

The Chili Cheese Dog tasted old and too much thick dry chili I asked for ketchup and mustard on it and it was a mess! Didn't need to be that messy and the cheese was in one blob on one corner of the hot dog. Why don't they have an option for ketchup packets? And when you request them they act like they can't give you very many. It's frustrating bc this has happened a lot lately! Stop being so stingy w the condiments DQ not a good look! People are spending decent money at your establishment give the people the condiments!! Also put the free condiments on your website like every other restaurant does! Find a different chili for the dogs! The one you use is awful! Zesto's is way better and they give you plenty of condiments when you ask for them sorry but do better!

The taste of the food was good, however could have been a bit hotter. The portion size was appropriate for the price. The chicken was very fresh.

This is the first time I have been unhappy with a DoorDash order.
Most of my onion rings were overdone to the point of looking burnt, the ranch I ordered was not included, & there was very little barbecue sauce on my chicken.
This used to be a favorite, but it will be quite a while before I order again!
