Subway® Footlong Cookie (1440 Cals) is awesome, especially if you like a fresh out of the oven soft cookie with melty chocolate chips

It is the third time that my order arrives incomplete, the first time a 6" subway arrived and another 12" (I had ordered two footlong) the second arrived without Doritos and the third without my Pepsi. I had previously ordered and had no problems.

Chicken & Bacon Ranch 
When did they stop heating the Bacon and chicken on this sub?
Do they train their sandwich makers about bad veggies? Tomatoes were not fresh. Cucumbers were gross. Lettuce was brown and very little of it on the sandwich.  Asked for onions and 1/2 of the sandwich and an onion.
I ordered chips and a pop. Did not come with the delivery.  Called and was told that they would refund the chips and pop back to the card. Hasn't happened yet, and it's been almost a month. 
I am not going to order from here again.  I will be going to Walmart and doing an in-store  order so I can make sure I'm getting it made correctly.

This is the saddest looking salad Ive ever seen, no lettuce when I specified having lettuce. What a waste of money
