DQ is always good eats, but the reason for 4 stars is because they've raised their prices so much higher than any other company in the fast food arena.

I am VERY disappointed in my order AS A WHOLE. I was excited for to new buffalo saucy tenders but these were more dry rub and SMALLER THAN MY FINGER!! 😤 the fries were a sory portion amd barely salted, andthe toast was the MOST DISAPPOINTING! barely cut and just slathered in a thick later of butter....very disappointed and will be reaching out. I give the FlameThrower® Chicken Strip Baskets a 3/10. I wasted my money

The only reason I'm giving it a 5 star is bc this chef who happens to be African American saw me waiting for some time came from behind the counter and asked about my order. When I felt invisible he saw me and made eye contact with me. Thank you sir for your wonderful customer service. I hope they treat you well & give you a raise. #kindnesswins

The HEATH® BLIZZARD® Treat was not filled like it should have been it was 3/4 full or 1/2 full. They should always be filled to the top

The driver told us on delivery that there was no ice cream DQ® Sandwich available, but no one tried to contact me beforehand to see if there was something else we wanted instead. (I figured this would happen and had my phone ready) They sent something else instead (not wanted, not asked for) so I ended up giving it away.
thanks for sending something else, I do appreciate the thought but would have preferred a call or text to discuss alternatives
