The Malt was really nice. very tasty!! and the OREO® Hot Cocoa Blizzard® Treat was also very yummy :) The only problem I have was that I got a small blizzard instead of a medium blizzard.

Ordered 4 ice cream treats & 1 fry. To say the ice creams were runny would be an understatement. More like watery mess with incorrect size, ingredients & ton of OVERPOWERING Hershey syrup (instead of hot fudge & Carmel). Paid upwards of $40 for inedible ice cream. None of the "extras" we paid for were in them. They weren't even the correct items! And the fry... not only did our considerate dasher have to remind & argue w them about forgetting our fries..but we received a cold, wrinkled mess that taste of old grease. Seemed like they were microwaved from days ago. No napkins. We will be requesting refunds and file complaints. Ridiculous the quality of service has declined so drastically.

No cheesecake at all in the Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat blizzard and giant slices of strawberry instead of the core filling.

My chocolate chip blizzard was made incorrectly. It was just vanilla ice cream with chocolate chip cookie dough not the way it's supposed to be made. Usually has chocolate fudge or syrup in the ice cream not just plain vanilla ice cream. Also it wasn't filled to the top and they tried to add whip cream to make it look more "full". My husbands order was made correctly and to the top.
