First off, thank you for actually seasoning your fries!!!! very delicious burger taste home-cooked too. Will come back. only suggestion is do the double not the single. real good,but they're not quite as thick as I imagined they'd be.

This order was actually fulfilled by the Dog Haus Biergarten - which I have had before and have found the food to be good. This was not very good. I ordered the Double Cheeseburger Combo with the onion strings and a diet coke.
The burger itself was tasty enough, but extremely messy - the sesame seed bun was just too small for the large burger and toppings. By the time it got here everything had slid off and was coming out of the side of the box.
The biggest taste issue was with the onion strings. They were terrible! They came as one big tasteless clump - literally sticking to the tinfoil at the bottom of the container - and were completely unseasoned and without any dipping sauce. When you think of the usual onion strings that you'd get from a burger or steak restaurant - these were NOT those. I'm shocked they'd even serve these - that's how bad they were.
Finally, I did not receive my diet cokes - which is just bad service.
I'd definitely NOT recommend Big Belly Burgers, but now I'm not sure if I'd recommend Dog Haus Biergarten either.

It is Dog Haus so yea itswhat you expect as far as quality for sure. Everything was fresh and The Fatty was actually a bit better to me with the bun they use for it. Same with the Single Cheeseburger. I would say definitely try a double cheeseburger! And id say the prices are kind of better than what Dog Haus itself charges, though the Fatty is still 13 bucks.

Meat to bun ratio isn't there , food could be great. Wasn't bad but it wasn't anything to brag about.
