The 44. Budae Jjigae (Army Stew) is good for one person, different from other stores that ordered before which are all pretty big portion.

I've gone to Danbi a few times and the food was always really good so when I saw it on doordash i thought i'd see how well it travelled. Unfortunately, this was much better to eat in restaurant. I got the 15. Bulgogi and the 16. Spicy Pork this is what i always get when I go and i usually love both. The 15. Bulgogi was okay, better than the pork. It needed salt and a lot of the pieces were really chewy (in a bad way). The 16. Spicy Pork was just bad which made me so sad. I really spent all that on bad food. It sucks bc they have good food, maybe it was a bad day idk. They also only gave us one tray of sides, I assumed we would get one per entree since we got two rice bowls. Also, something was leaking very badly. Portion was about what you get in person too if i recall correctly. Overall pretty disappointing, I might try delivery once more to see if this was a fluke because I usually love the food.

Perfectly packaged with care. Quality of food was excellent. Meat Jun and Kimchi pancake were still crispy!

I had a craving for meat jun and decided to try this restaurant. Everything came on time, still warm and beautifully packaged. The banchan had its own cute four-square container and they even gave me extra rice. The meat jun was disappointing though. The egg batter to beef ratio was off---there was twice the amount of egg vs. beef, so all I tasted was the egg. The egg batter had a ton of green onions which I usually love, but it overwhelmed the dish. Plus, the beef itself didn't have much flavor, like maybe they didn't marinate it long enough. The banchan was excellent though and their kimchi is some of the best I've had. So fresh and the perfect balance of spice and tangy flavor. I will try other dishes from this restaurant in the future to see if maybe I have better luck.

Vegetable pancake was so crispy & delicious. Fried tofu is very lightly cooked, not crunchy, but good. You can never go wrong with spicy rice cake. Will be trying much more. Solid Korean restaurant. Great staff.
