These sausages were fantastic! The sauerkraut, caramelized onions and Bavarian mustard were a perfect compliment. I would've preferred to have had them on a bun, but they only gave me one and I couldn't chose which one to have as a sandwich.

My first time trying both schnitzel and spaetzle. So good! It was perfectly complimented by the mushroom sauce, lemon, and the ligonberry jam. The spaetzle was like a German macaroni & cheese.

I grew up with German food and this was spot on. The portions were very good so my mom and I could split the sausage plate. Next time I will try something else for comparison. It's nice to have a German restaurant near me.

Ok that was a good Bayern Burger! Done just righ good sauce and flavor. Its definitely got more huiceand saycetgan some but was fantastic. This wasnt the "lets dab a little sauce" burger this was the "you get sauce and taste explosion burger". Sweet potato fries - pretty standard and good. Pretzel was a real pretzel and good. I prefer cheese sauce or honey mustard which could have made it better but still great!

We order from Das Bierhauz every week! The bratwurst, pretzels, hummus, sauerkraut, and feta salad with grilled chicken are our favorites! Hard to find an "Imbiss" in the US!
