3B. Mì Hoành Thánh ( Khô) - Wonton Egg Noodles ( Dry) was a bit bigger portion than last time which is great because I love their egg noodles but their bean sprouts were definitely old and browned

portions were small for price ended up eating both my orders for lunch, everything was a bit too sweet. like the egg noodles better than the rice noodles. kidney and liver were not overcooked but cha shu pork was incredibly dry overall wasn't terrible but wasn't great bean sprouts were browning and old

Your noodles are delicious, but I feel the toppings are a bit too few compared to the price and other places. It would be even better if you could add a little more topping.
