This is a hidden gem in castle rock. Excellent quality of ingredients and the food disappeared fast. The chile was perfect. Guac tastes homemade.

I ordered their new De compas burrito and let me just say it was amazing! If you want something to fill you up I recommend. It's full and it's HUGE just like a burrito should be. It's a really good burrito! So is there pineapple agua fresca.

Tasted homemade, each slice had a different topping arrancement, but each had the same great flavor! much better than Cheescake Factory, and less caloric! Definitely recommend, next time willbe getting some of their delicious-looking tacos!
