I was pleasantly surprised by my meal. Everything was delicious, and more importantly, gluten free. The In the Club Sandwich was a good size and flavorful (original bread). Chips were certified gluten free and crunchy. While I was initially disappointed by the size of the Cookie , it was rich and curbed my sweet tooth exactly how I needed it to. All in all, I'm adding this restaurant to my list of places to hit up while in Tuscon.

I'm in town for work, and I was reallying nervous that I wouldn't be able to find decent options that are gluten-free and vegan, but this place is a game changer.
When my order arrived, it was still hot despite it being a longer distance delivery, and everything was delicious.
The Brownie (V) was so luscious and cute as well.
The Cookie Pie (V) was also super fuffy and had a way more interesting flavor than your average frosted sandwich cookie.
The Vegan Eclipse Breakfast Sandwich was so incredibly satisfying. The bread was fantastic and flavorful with a perfect texture. The only thing I would change would be the ability to order it with both avocado AND vegan cheese. I couldn't choose so I tried it both ways, and both were really good, but it would be even better together in my opinion, and I'd have happily paid an upcharge to do both, but regardless it was still incredible.
I will definitely order from this place again. The prices for the portions are very fair.

tastes good but the price is outrageous. $15 for a very small sandwich and $7 for a palm size loaf??? I appreciate it is all gluten free but the portions to cost is not right. the pen is there for reference.

Vegan Rainbow Sandwich is hands down best sourdough bread sandwich I've had in years. I was worried the bread would be too sour but it was perfect. Brownie (V) was perfect as always. The color of the sprinkles were cheerful and chocolate satisfying and great texture

Extremely overpriced flavor is bland usually when you're paying more, they'll at least give you the full size of what you think you paid for but they are really stingy with their portions for whatever reason it looks like my cinnamon roll was cut half way
Coffee cake is literally just crumble on top of a pound cake. I don't know how so many people has given them Good ratings.
Sandwich that claimed is fresh is a microwave egg and sausage
