The Chips & Fresh House-made Guac looked horrible. The cup was half empty and the guacamole was anything but fresh. it was inedible.

there was half a bag of fries that were old and cold, burger was sloppy and falling apart, nachos had cheese on maybe 4 chips all toppings were piled in the corner of the container

The order wasn't started until 10 minutes after the driver showed up because they needed to heat up the oil, then the "steak" was not fresh and seemed like the oil was old.

Food was hot and fresh. Got the Queso Loaded Fries expecting them to be soggy, but they were hot and crispy. Such good food and made with care by employees

i got chili cheese fry's and there was just a small handful in the box and one of my bean and cheese burritos had the dryest beans. but other than that everything was great!
