At dell’anima, chef/owner Andrew Whitney creates some of the most delicious pasta in New York City, alongside inventive, seasonal dishes. Think: tagliatelle Bolognese, bucatini alla arrabbiata, taglio…
Branzino in Cartoccio - excellent, with fingerling potatoes, large olives, citrus sauce. Perfectly sized for a multi course Italian meal.
Burrata was good but didn't come with a blueberry spread as advertised. Instead, it was a sweet potato spread with dried berries. I replaced it with an apricot lavender spread and it tasted great. Crostini were perfectly crunchy.

Long time diner both in
person in the Village and both delivery and in person from Gotham Food Market. Was always excellent quality and consistent until this last delivery. Food was a total disappointment. Delicata squash was burnt and charred. Fish even in parchment was not the same. It was a very small portion, tasted smoky and extremely spicy. Pear salad was not worth half the price. Don't
think Chef Andrew was cooking. Given the quality, sadly we will have to reconsider

Every dish was delish. We thought we may have ordered too much (we did) but we finished it all. Dell'anima never disappoints. And GF pasta option too!
