• 1/21/25we have ordered the Grand Slam® Burrito several times now and they're (until now) always warm, well made and tasty. unfortunately that wasn't the case this time. the burritos were almost cold, the tortilla was undercooked, and other than egg, the ingredients were scant and very poorly distributed. if the cook was new then apparently he or she was poorly trained and supervised. if not, then shame on the cook for being inattentive to the task they are being paid to do. I can only hope that this situation is quickly remedied as we have enjoyed ordering from Denny's for some time now and we would hate to have to remove them from our list of restaurants due to declining quality, as we have recently had to do with a certain competitor. please regain the focus that you have demonstrated in the past!

• 4/17/25my eggs were overcooked and yet still runny, the hash browns were raw. the only part that was edible were the sausage links and the toast. I won't be reordering g from Dennys again. it's no wonder they are closing locations.

• 2/2/25My Wife and I have ordered a number of Grand Slam® Burritos, almost since the day they were available for delivery. They're always well-made, fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case today. You know your breakfast burrito is in trouble when you are opening tinfoil wrapper and the next thing you know, you're covered in fragments of dried-out, rock-hard tortilla. I would have requested a re-delivery but we don't have time for that today, so we decided to just grimace and eat them. To our dismay, the filling had issues as well. The burrito is supposed to contain egg, bacon, sausage, hash browns and cheese. Only half of these ingredients were present - just the egg and bacon. We're still not sure if hash browns were present as they would have been indistinguishable from the rock-hard bacon. Overall, a very dissatisfying experience from a restaurant that has always had quality food, with only the rarest of issues. Very disappointing.

• 11/14/24my wife and I order the Grand Slam® Burrito about once a week for a while now, and we usually enjoy them. not today. I can only guess that this location has a new, poorly trained and apparently unsupervised cook. these burritos, unlike the ones we have been receiving, were almost entirely composed of not quite cooked hash browns, with an almost non-existent amount of egg, even less meat, and no cheese. very disappointing. they will of course be given one more chance, based on their positive history. unfortunately we received very disappointing burritos today.
