"The Brussel Sprouts were absolutely delicious. They were fried to the way I like them (well done and crispy). The Gold French Fries were awesome as always. These are items I always order. This time I did get a burger for my brother and he loved it. My mom and I always have Brussels Sprouts and Gold Fries of which we love. Our food is always fresh and tasty. There are times my mom and I get a burger as they are always good. I do recommend Boise Fry Company to anyone who hasn't tried them."

"I am in LOVE with the Silver Duck! It just explodes in my mouth with so much flavor and have never been disappointed with the food.
I am however a bit disappointed with the restaurant itself.
The last time I ordered, I had requested and paid for chips, but they weren't included in the delivery. I think they were very busy at the time and it was just missed. I called right away to inform them of the oversight and left a message with my phone number, asking for a return call to discuss a resolution. The problem is that I never heard back from them.
I know that things happen and absolutely no one is perfect all of the time. BUT part of great customer service is to make right what goes wrong. I would really appreciate it if they would make this one right."
