We really love Ethiopian food at our house.... not hard to please but have opinions. For a long time we found cafe Romanat to be the best, but this food has moved into first place.
Everything is super fresh and light- nothing tastes greasy or heavy here.
Desta is our new favorite . The azifa-green lentils with jalapeno is phenomenal .... cannot get enough.
Not overly spicy but has a kick. If you like spicy food you will find this to be very cozy and comforting . Hard to beat!

One of my favorite restaurants! Haven't been able to eat at other Ethiopian spots since Desta moved into my neighborhood and blew them out of the water. Super fresh ingredients, immaculately well spiced/balanced, perfectly cooked and extremely consistent!
