Restaurant handled a small subsitution problem very professionally amd graciously. Meal was delicious and enjoyed by all. Thank you and see you mext time.

Order the stuffed baked potato I ordered and paid for extra barbecue and cheese did not receive them and I didn't actually see any green onions bacon bits about a teaspoon of cheese and maybe there was some butter maybe but the potato itself was very large and well cooked the beef was tender

This is one of the worst restaurants to order bbq. There literally sub out your orders for chicken to save money and then say they don't have whatever you ordered. The portions are substandard. I strongly suggest ordering from another dickeys in north Dallas.

Ribs were small and extremely overcooked and tough. Brisket was okay but had several slices cut with grain and not against so those slices were tough. I’ve ordered from this location numerous times and it just keeps getting worse for value and quality of product. Last time ordering from this location though.

The brisket & chicken were delicious, but the mashed potatoes were a watery mess that should not have been served as food. They should have thrown that out & asked customers to choose an alternative side. Yuck.
