Prep was pretty good, temperature was low on all meats. My cheese in the sausage was kinda hard from how cold it was. Portion size was pretty bad. For 25 dollars i got twice the amount of sausage vs either the turkey or sliced brisket i got. There were TWO SMALL not even proper slices of turkey. There was a bit more brisket but in comparison to the sausage, the two other meats TOGETHER were not the same as the total amount of sausage.
All that aside, the sides were what I was expecting. Other than cold, the meats were properly cooked. Not enough smoke and a little salty on the turkey, but I have had worse from "better" restaurants. As is typical for Dickey's, not enough smoke to call it flavorful, but it was there on the brisket. The sausage was pretty good, cheese jalapeno could have been much better if held at proper or higher temperatures to keep the cheese soft. Bread was soft, but otherwise uneventful.
This would be a 3 star meal with two conditions. Temperature and proper portions. To the restaurant, if you read this, adjust your portions. I ordered a 3 meat plate, not a sausage plate with brisket and turkey scraps. I would also say perhaps different holding warmers for your foods as I am guessing you are holding all your meats in 1 warmer at a lower temperature.

Chopped beef Brisket Sandwich was most bread. For 9.99 there shouldbe a bit more brisket on this sandwich . I get more brisket on a Bucees samd for less. Definitely not worth the price

I have been a fan of Dickey's for 30+ years but this time was so disappointing. Sandwich had very little meat and with so much fat. The baked potato casserole was just bland. As for the chili Mac, it wasn't edible. So sad!

Food tasted bland, sauce was terrible and watered down, turkey had a rubber texture.The portion seemed small for the money compared to others in the area. wife and I ended up throwing the order in the trash after only a few bites. This is about the third time in a row this has happened gave the store benefit of the doubt in the previous visits but definitely think this is some corporate move to a standardized process and menu. instead of adding items to the menu try perfecting the bbq first that the company was built on.
