Order the stuffed baked potato I ordered and paid for extra barbecue and cheese did not receive them and I didn't actually see any green onions bacon bits about a teaspoon of cheese and maybe there was some butter maybe but the potato itself was very large and well cooked the beef was tender

Had to sub the shaved ham for the pulled pork and jalapeño sausage for the Polish Kielbasa, no biggie, but the pulled pork smelled and tasted very off, afraid to eat it. Ordered root beer and got sweet tea, I mean come on! Not even close. Brisket and sausage were decent. Got two regular bbq sauces, though I ordered 1 regular and 1 Carolina (mustard based sauce) sides were decent. Will not be going back to this location. Can sound harsh, but after 27 years in food service operations, this was not up to par.

This is one of the worst restaurants to order bbq. There literally sub out your orders for chicken to save money and then say they don't have whatever you ordered. The portions are substandard. I strongly suggest ordering from another dickeys in north Dallas.

the meat was so dry and hard I couldn't eat much of it, the brisket was also chopped when I asked for sliced. I also ordered Dr pepper and got tea instead. overall disappointing.
