Fries looked skimped out but bag was sealed so that's how the resturant served them. The 75 cent slaw topping is a 2oz cup so is the BBQ sauce. The meat looked bland and had little to no coloring and flavoring in the meat itself, it almost looked like it was boiled or made in crock pot and didn't seem to have that nice BBQ crisp on the out of the meat, I also got a few good chunks of fat that were inedible. I wouldn't recommend this place for the price, it was a depressing sandwich for anyone who has ever had real Texas BBQ :( save your money

meat is dry and flavorless. the ribs were basically jerky and the bbq sauces were ok but there are better. The little meat that was edible was mostly fat and not the kind that tastes good. the old solid and filmy kind. the brisket was super dry and flavorless. Even the bark tasted like nothing. and you'd probably be better off buying a kielbasa from Walmart and cooking it in your oven. small portions and way overpriced. Mac and cheese was actually not bad.

our order was a 2 Meat Plate and a 3 Meat Plate. this place has always provided awesome food mixed with a great atmosphere and generally great food artist. my plate was the 3 Meat Plate. Chicken smoked perfectly with the right amount of brisket and sausage. and came with slaw and baked beans. If your looking for the real deal bbq of Colorado I'd say this is the one!!!

I received everything I ordered!! The food tasted great! I'd say the portion size for the chopped brisket could have been better (half of it was fatty..). I'd order it again in hopes that the chopped brisket is mostly meat and not fat. The Potato Salad was fresh and delicious.

it used to be good but not anymore.the prices went up while theportions went way down on the meat plates.a $20 1 meat plate gets you about 1/2 cup ofmeat with yoursides.
the baked potatoes are hit or miss. sometimes they are burnt with very litalented toppings. sometimes they are big but still little toppings. see photo for comparisonof 2 potatosfrom thesame order. notice the size diffTerence & the very burnt skin on one.
