• 7/15/26I ordered a Brown Sugar Milk Tea, but what I received was just a plain milk tea with no brown sugar syrup or flavor. It looked completely different from the drink shown on the menu.
I called the store immediately to ask about it. The staff member sounded rude, said they would inform the manager, and then stopped answering my calls. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just the drink I paid for or a resolution.
