We LOVED our food at Dio Mío! Every single one of their pasta dishes is amazing! We are big fans of the Cacio e Pepe and Radiatori- the flavors are so rich and the food is always warm! It had been a while since I'd last had dio mío, but it definitely did not disappoint and we will be back much sooner!!

The Date Night Special is a great deal for 2 people dining at home. The fall salad is delicious! Hearty kale and mixed greens with pepitas and squash- everything I was looking for. I will definitely be ordering the cacio de peppe again. The pasta is made to perfection and the flavors are outstanding. Highly recommend!

Pricing versus what you actually get is insane. Charged $6 for sausage, I got 3 pieces on the literal side of the dish not even mixed in. $6 for this is insane. The Pasta is incredibly dry and flavorless and portion does not warrant the price whatsoever. Focaccia bread I ordered looks nothing like the reference photo.

Coming from NYC and then NJ, I'm a harsh critic of Italian food outside of the Tristate area. Been living in Colorado 2 years now and this is hands down best pasta I've had since living here (besides my own of course)
Great texture, amazing flavor and the focaccia bread was perfect. Giving 5 stars , even though the chicken breast had zero flavor. I ordered pasta dishes twice now and they were perfect , but my gfs chicken cutlet was bland, need to use Italian bread crumbs and not corn meal?

I ordered the spicy rigatoni and received something that looked nothing like the picture. What sauce there was, it was mostly dry, tasted like jarred pasta sauce and had huge pieces of tough dense sausage, very unlike the picture. Also, no utensils or even one napkin. I am visiting the area but will definitely not be ordering from here again.
