El ceviche was extremely acidic and tasted more like vinegar than fresh lime. The acidity was so strong that it actually irritated my lips, and I couldn’t finish it. I’ve ordered this ceviche several times before and used to really enjoy it, but unfortunately, the last two times it has been far too acidic to eat. I hope the restaurant can check what has changed in the preparation because this used to be one of my favorite dishes.
