The Bourbon-Glazed Salmon was amazing! Best glaze I've ever had - loved the subtle after heat. The Rice Pilaf was fluffy and full of flavor. Most casual, similarly priced restaurants typically have white rice only - I appreciated the mature pallet preference. The broccoli was cooked perfectly and seasoned just enough to really notice and portioned accordingly. Very enjoyable lunch which I will most definitely order over and over. I highly recommend our community members support Dockside Charlie's, a most welcomed addition to our culinary choices. Welcome to the neighborhood Dockside Charlie's!
