So it was apparently close to their closing time, I had ordered deep fried ice cream, literally the only thing I was craving. I get my order and not only did I get churros and not deep fried ice cream, they put the regular ice cream in the same bag with everything hot so it was half melted when I got it. I called the store and they said they were going to call me and let me know they didn't have about ice cream but they decided not to and just gave me what they had, churros. Which were gross and drenched in straight sugar not even cinnamon sugar or anything.

We are packing up to move so we ordered from here for lunch. They took forever and the quality of the food was subpar. I know the difference between fresh carne asada and days old leftover carne asada and this burrito had old hard carne asada throughout which was offputting. The chicken soup broth had no flavor. The most irritating thing is that they did not include a single utensil or napkin and since we had packed ours up to move, it was unpleasant having to pick at it with our hands. Made a mediocre meal even more annoying. For these restaurants, is it really worth it to save $0.50 on a fork and spoon and piss off your customers ? Very disappointed and doubt we'd try again even if they are close by and frequently DD .
