We thought we would try something different and we’re very disappointed. The pizza had a very strange taste and it was over cooked. We ate one slice and threw the rest away. The mozzarella sticks tasted of burnt grease. They were inedible. I will not be ordering from here again.

This is a place we frequent and usually the food is great but this time not so much. We ordered a meat lovers pizza with extra sauce and the pizza was way over cooked with sauce thrown on top of all of the toppings. Maybe they forgot the sauce and said let's add it at the end but either way it was very disappointing to say the least.

The prickly pear lemonade was really tasty however...it wasn't tasty enough to save that so-called "pizza". It was not good at all. I've had better frozen pizzas than that. I was extremely disappointed because it LOOKED really good!

I was super excited that we finally got Donatos in Charlotte. I was expecting a little taste of home, but the pizza was just ok. Donatos is known for their loaded edge to edge toppings and this pizza was lacking in both. Skimpy toppings and more crust then I've ever had on a Donatos pizza. I guess I have to wait until I visit home to get a real one.
