After hearing about how great these donuts are from several friends in the area, I decided on our last day of vacation to splurge and get some. Half of our order was incorrect, and I understand the need to switch out when a donut is no longer available. But what we received in substitution wasn't even close to what we had requested. The donuts themselves were slightly crunchy and stale, too sweet and we even had one that was slightly underbaked. I can confidently say we won't be ordering these donuts again

I ordered a little late at night so I totally understand but it's still disappointing to get only 4 of the 12 donuts you ordered and a little dry but luckily the blueberry donut was honestly amazing!
