I paid $5 extra for a 4 piece extra chashu belly but they did not include it in the order. I called the store to let them know and the employee said in a dismissive way that "I should contact door dash and that they are really busy right now and there's nothing he can do" terrible service on their part!

I used to live in the apartments connected to/near this DTLA Ramen place and the staff are always friendly and helpful and they always assure your order is correct. The 8 pc Vegetable Roll is good if you're healthy living like me. Cant go wrong here!

Food taste strange and awful portion was fair I guess but I didn't eat it so don't know if it counts and the sushi did not taste like sushi doesn't even seem like they're using sushi rice almost look like they're using short grain regular rice and the food taste spoiled not very fresh. I will never order from there again.
