I loved the options to customize each donut! It was also very easy to order, and the price point is great. They came quickly, warm, and absolutely delicious. I loved that they were soft, moist, and not too sweet.

The donuts are good, but the Sausage, Egg, & Cheese (english muffin) is not worth the money. You can unironically get better quality (for half the price) at McDonald's because they use a real cracked egg. This one just seems to be from frozen to microwave to customer.

While I did appreciate that the donuts were fresh, the donuts themselves I could not differentiate the taste between them as the fudge was bitter and put on top of everything it was the main flavour I got. Good value wise though for much you get.
Just would not order again until they change their fudge taste. Also all the icing was VERY grainy.

The Build Your Own Half Dozen arrived hot and tasted delicious. I had a Frappe to go with some of the donuts. Every was good but I asked for no whipped cream. As someone who has to closely monitor certain ingredients in food, that was a frowny face. Other than that, great experience!

Ordered a milkshake and a donut.
............ the donut was inside the milkshake.
..... neither were very good.
