I ordered Hot & Spicy Pork Xiao Long Bao (8) which is my favorite item! I dont like spicy foods but this has the right spicy! The Juicy Pan-Fried Pork Buns (6) was also delicious. Tried the Egg Drop Soup with Seaweed for the first time, it was ok.
I really like this restaurant because the service is great. The food is amazing. But it is a little expensive to me.

I usually don't post less than 4-5 stars unless it's significant but felt this was necessary ... My order was over $100 and it consisted of Pork Wonton with Sesame Sauce Chili Oil (10)Shredded Bean Curd SaladPig Ears & Cucumber with Chili Sauce cucumber salad and Beef Shank with Spiced Sauce - I called to ask about the shredded bean curd salad, to see if there's any soy sauce in there because we have gluten intolerance, but they didn't seem to really know if it was or not. The cucumbers seem to have been a few days old because it was quite mush. I was aware that the pork dumplings did not have the gold standard chili oil sauce, and it did indicate that it was a sesame sauce, but it was completely drenched in it, and so it took away the flavor of the dumpling as a whole. The pork ear salad- the ear was overcooked.  we can appreciate that we shouldn't be expecting Din Tai Fung level of food, quality, or presentation, but there should be a level of respectable care the product that you sell. People are still paying a significant amount. The portions were, however, Fair for the most part, and I'm sure the workers are nice. If everyone else has had a better experience, that's wonderful. Though I wouldn't be returning or convincing anyone else otherwise :(

Tasty, well made. But I thought I was buying buns. I got dumplings. I received small, two bite items, which was not the value for the price I was going for. Again, tasted great, but these are not buns. I thought I bought and paid for dim sum for one that would be well enough for dinner and left overs. Pancakes and two types of "buns" (about $37) were all eaten within 15 minutes.

Steamed Pork Buns (3) were great, not sticky and not too salty.
Pork Wonton with Sesame Sauce Chili Oil (10) were gross. Way too spicy and flavor was all wrong. Told them to put the chili oil on the side and they didn't.

Hot & Spicy Pork Xiao Long Bao (4) we're flavorful and delicious, the crispy pork wontons were great, and the String Beans Sautéed with Garlic Sauce which are my favorite were perfect
